I’ve created a 'When Did I Last?' page for you to put in your diary and save yourself some time trying to find the information manually. Use it to track the dentist, doctors, eye test, MOT, hair cut, change the batteries in the smoke alarm, wash the car, fill the car up, change the printer ink, have a clear out and more. MY TOP TIPS...

• Print it on to good quality paper or card, or even full sheet labels

• Glue it in to your notebook/planner with Pritt - Stick, use double sided tape, or if you’re printing on to full sheet labels just peel and attach.

OR...

• Use a hole punch to fit it in your planner
